Finn and Philip
There are a number of huge colorful, sculptures on display in the garden by the artist Niki de Saint Phalle. The work is titled Niki In The Garden, and is meant to be played on and interacted with. Good times.

this place looks fun! I may have to venture out to see it with my kids.
Lovely.
I'm confused. How many of those are yours? It seems like there are more and more kids appearing on your blog and unless you provide a scorecard it is too hard to keep them straight. I thought you had thw boys, both with red hair, am I mistaken?
Lulu - I was thinking the same thing as I posted these. You are correct, I have two boys, both of the redheads. The blonde little girl is Ava. A friends daughter. The curly-haired, blue eyed kid is Finnigan. The son of Dave at Bad Art that I link to.
i love the pics of your kids. they just might be too cute.
I took the train to Chicago yesterday and saw you sitting in a lawn chair. It was about 8 a.m. Did you see me?
These are great pictures!! I'm glad this artist put these things in the park for everyone to TRULY enjoy- I love art that says "TOUCH ME" and when it is expected that you actually touch it and coexist with it- not just look at from a distance!!!
FYI: There's a very short mention of your beloved wife on my Cringe blog: http://iwasboycrazy.blogspot.com/
I need to get over there soon-- it's been a while.
I made it there for the Chihuly exhibit a few years ago-- very cool glass sculptures.
